SINIORA Food Industries P.L.C. is seeking to fill the following position:-
ERP Support Technician
Implement and administer ERP system and MS SQL Server database.
Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable.
Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
Supporting and training users for ERP system and applications usage.
Developing, managing and testing backup and recovery plans.
Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports.
Location
(SAHAB - KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL-HUSSIEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in the same filed.
Languages
Strong English skills, (speaking, reading, writing)
Competencies
Organizational and time management skills
Team work.
Ability to work independently.
Understanding of Windows networking concepts.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to write standard documentation.
General IT technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support).
Knowledge of MS SQL server administration, preferably an MCSA.
Knowledge of virtualized application server environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
